Our Mission & Terms and Agreement


At Engraved Designs we offer a wide variety of services to make sure your experience with our company runs as smooth as possible.


When placing your order you will be directed to a design form, here you will be able to submit a form with all your design information, email/upload pictures, and submit other valuable information needed to complete your order.


Prices posted in our catalog and website are subject to change without notice. Quotes are good for 30 days. Quotes not accepted within 30 days can be deleted. Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. Engraved Designs can re-quote a job at the time of submission if the file does not conform to the information which the original quote was based on. Orders placed with Engraved Designs are to the customer's knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which is not written or accompanying the order.


At this time we only offer service calls for clients that have submitted an order and design form. If you have questions or concerns not related to an order placed please proceed by submitting a contact form online or emailing us at Someone will contact you via email within 24 Hours.


To view the details and status of your order, please click the order status link at the top of your account page. If you have not signed into your account, you will be prompted to do so. Once you are signed in, you can browse through all of your orders. Clicking on the order number will provide you with the full details of that order. If your order status indicates your order has been shipped and the delivery turnaround time you requested has passed without receiving your order, please give us a call at

We offer free samples of paper and marketing products to our clients, Client must send in a hand written request mailed to 1713 Wooddale Blvd. Suite 35. Baton Rouge, LA. 70806. Please allow 5 business days to process.

Engraved Designs may use client’s products for samples or advertising purpose, unless notified in writing or within this contract of its inability to do so. In the event of a written notice, Engraved Designs will cease its usage of your product within 30 days of receipt of the notice. Any usage of the products for samples and advertising purposes prior to the receipt of the written notice will be deemed as acceptable.

Blackstreets is a service business dedicated to creating, planning, and handling advertising (and sometimes other forms of promotion) for its clients. Blackstreets is independent from the client and provides an outside point of view to the effort of selling the client's products or services by promotions.

Blackstreets offers 3% commission towards your next order, no more than $100 on referrals of new clients’ first order.  Clients must have an account with Engraved Designs.  Commission can be used at anytime and does not expire. Be sure to let your friends know to have your full name and phone number that is listed under your account at Engraved Designs, as for your phone number will act as your account number.  Please contact an Engraved Designs representative for details.

Production time for a print job begins once the design approval has been approved by you. If we are unable to print your files because they do not confirm to our file requirements or there is a problem with your file, your job status will be put "On Hold" and your turnaround time will be changed.

Allow additional business days for deliveries based on the shipping method you selected. Regular business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays do not count when you calculate turnaround time. Our turnaround times are an estimate, and are NOT A GUARANTEE. Please place your order at least 1 week before products are needed. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, natural disasters, etc.

Client agrees to perform all tasks assigned. Client is set forth in the agreement, that the project design form and or providing all assistance and cooperation to Engraved Designs in order to complete timely and efficiently the project. Engraved Design shall not be deemed in breach of this agreement, and milestones in the event Engraved Design’s failure to meet its responsibilities and time schedules is caused by the client's failure to meet (or delay in) its responsibilities and time schedules set forth in the project design form or terms and conditions agreement.



This section will show you the steps and explain to you the importance of performing the duties and responsibilities set forth in processing your purchase.


Engraved Designs reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or unknown to be illegal or copyright protected. Engraved Designs is not liable for any damages resulting from unwritten violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or protected works. The client guarantees the legal ownership of all matter submitted to Engraved Designs for printing, scanning and /or publication.

STEP 1 - Decide what product is best for you. The more you buy the more you save. Can't decide on what's best for you? Email us for a quote to get the best deals on product quantities and size not shown.

STEP 2 - After selecting the product that meets your needs, you may click more options at the bottom of the page to view additional options and information concerning the product. Click the add to cart button to start the order process.

STEP 3 - To view your order click the cart contents button at the top of the page. You can remove any product that you do not wish to purchase by clicking the remove button. You may also update the quantity by typing the desired amount in the text box and clicking the update button.

STEP 4 - Hit check out to continue with your order. You will be asked to sign in or create a new account. (You must create an account to place an order.) Your account will be useful for getting reprints and notifications on products specials, be sure to keep your username and password handy.

STEP 5 - Choose shipping method or choose to pick up your package at our local office and hit continue.

STEP 6 - Choose payment method and write any questions or concerns you may have in the add comments about your order cost, all design and product color information will be submitted in a design form after the transaction. Hit Continue.         

We offer payment method through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account proceed by doing so to the left of the page. This process will take only 5 minutes of your time. If you do not wish to make a PayPal account you are more than welcome to choose the option of paying with a debit card, certain restrictions apply - All billing information must match the billing address and shipping address for your project, any other information may cause the payment to be declined. Verify your order contents and the amount and hit submit.

STEP 7 - After your order placement is completed you will be sent to the design form page to complete a design form. Here you will be able to upload pictures to your order and submit valuable information needed for the design process.  It is very important that you have all your pictures and information available before placing your order online and in our local office.  We will not accept a payment without the information needed to start the design process. All orders are paid in full. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express; We DO NOT accept checks or money orders. Cash payment is accepted at our Local Baton Rouge office located at 1713 Wooddale Blvd. Suite 35. Baton Rouge, LA. 70806. Under no circumstances will Engraved Designs provide COD terms on an order. Your credit card statement will say Engraved Designs.


Upon placing your order there may be a 24 hr processing time before accepting your project. This agreement shall but not be binding upon Engraved Designs until it has been approved by Engraved Designs legal department and signed by an officer of Engraved Designs.

  • Client and Engraved Designs shall assign a project manager for managing the implementation of the project. The project manager shall be responsible for:
  • Managing the day to day activities under this agreement
  • Serving as liaisons between the parties
  • Assigning and scheduling the appropriate personnel to perform   
  • all of the required services under this agreement
  • Authorizing and executing any and all design forms

Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the client project manager shall have the proper authority and power to execute and perform the duties and responsibilities set forth in your project.


Designs take 3 business days to process after your full payment and all information is accepted. The designer will thoroughly review all of your material and get started on the design. They may use images from our stock library, or textures and effects to enhance your package design. Our designers will create one complete package solution to best suit your needs. An art director will work closely with the designer, providing feedback to ensure your package is designed appropriately and is professional quality. It's of benefit for prospective clients to know how our company works, and here Engraved Designs gives every brief overview of the brand identity design process. The product is not only seen by others, but its success is a process that is dependent forms of art, graphic design is not just about taking paper and pen and letting the work flow. A custom design involves a process which progresses through various stages of listening, research development, feedback and changes. The designer must work with the design form until the project is ready for the design approval. The end result is the product.


In order to provide faster turnarounds, Engraved Design supplies a .jpg proof sent via email. Proofs are sent to the registered account email with a link to your project proof (jpg Version). Jpg proofs are for fast downloads. Please be assured that the final printed pieces will be clear as the image sent as proof, provided that the customer supplied artwork complies with our artwork guidelines. Please note, due to the difference in monitor colors, jpg proofs may not provide an accurate color representation of the final printed work. Engraved Designs will provide an online design approval for the client review and approval. Design approvals must be submitted with your consent of approval or disapproval sent in a reply email by the person approving the project. Until the online design approval is returned, no additional work will be performed. Engraved Designs will not be responsible for undetected production errors if:

  • Proof not submitted by the client
  • The job is printed without the client's correct full name on behalf of client
  • Request for changes are made verbally instead of emailed
  • Any changes in writing that are mailed to our address


Do you have tweaks or is looking for something different? No worries, just type out your changes in the design approval email sent from Engraved Designs and our designers will get right on it. All of our design work comes with a no-fine-print guarantee. You will be completely satisfied. Design approvals will be sent to you within 24 hours via email after a project manager has accepted your job. If any of the changes require color correction, we may opt to send you another hard copy proof instead. Each client has two edit revisions, which does not include additional images or text that was not sent with the original design form. These edit revision will be only used for formatting and design purposes. It's worth noting that 85% of our clients approve their designs within the first design approval. Clients must reply to his/her design approval email to confirm if they agree with or without the design; all information concerning your order should be all noted in the same email engraved designs had sent to the client. Engraved Designs has full rights of any artwork not approved, therefore the client shall not duplicated, publicize, are use the artwork in any way.  Any unauthorized use of artwork can and will be held against you in the court of law


After your approval of the design form we will use the remaining of your scheduled turnaround time to start production of you project.


Some of our products come in their own custom packaging for a real professional feel. DYE cutting is a common process used to cut a range of sheet material including paper, cardboard, magnets, rubber, and plastic. Engraved Design makes it easy to have your own custom shape wedding invitations, party bags, party hats, plastic business cards, and etc.

Charges for delivery of printed materials and supplies from engraved Designs are not responsible for delays and or damages incurred during shipping. The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to the client upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Title for finished work passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point, whichever comes first.

We offer a 3 day shipping service with every product. UPS shipping is our single source for tracking time consuming packages. We understand you have a busy schedule. That's why Engraved Design takes advantage of the packing experts.

If your order does not exceed over $100 we also offer free shipping with the USPS.

If you are located here in Baton Rouge, LA. Please select the option that indicates you will pick up your package at our local office.  Shipping labels are printed after your order has been placed and is non refundable.


Due to our company procedures, you may only cancel a job within 24hrs of the day you place your order. No refunds will be given for orders canceled after the 24 hr verification process. Claims for defect, damages, or shortage must be made by calling Engraved Designs no later than 48 hrs after pick up or delivery. If no claim is made, Engraved Designs and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. Engraved Design is committed to client satisfaction; however, we cannot take responsibility for typing, images, or design errors introduced by customers in the design form and document creation after project after the design approval process. In an effort to keep cost down and pass those savings alone to our clients, Engraved Design does not review submitted documents for content or spelling. Engraved Designs guarantees that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please email us and someone will contact you within 24 hrs of receiving your request. If you have not received your order by the time it was promised, please email us within 14 days of the date it was promised to arrive. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that Engraved Designs has fully satisfied all Terms, Conditions and Specifications.


The client must protect all design approvals not approved which was produced by Engraved Designs of this agreement against duplication and alteration; from previews and to any other companies to reproduce.  Engraved Designs all rights reserved, any unauthorized broadcasting, public performance, copying or re-recording of design approvals not approved will constitute an infringement of copyright and can be held accountable in the court of law. We offer free graphic design with all products, due to the savings on getting your project produced all designs cannot be reproduced in any form except marketing products that include your custom logo design, CD and DVD Copyright packaging, or any other marketing that has you own brand identity duplicated.  We recommend this so that all of our designs that is promoted out in the market will have the highest quality in printing and application.  When you step out for your event you are representing Engraved Designs, and we value new clients.
